Starter runs from 10 to 99 users; beyond that it is the Enterprise plan. It is not a shutter that comes down overnight: as you approach the threshold we talk it through and build the quote before the limit is reached.
The amount, and nothing else. Annual billing applies a 10% discount to the per-user price. The product and the support are identical either way.
Starter comes with no commitment: you cancel from your dashboard. Enterprise is covered by a contract whose term is agreed with you.
They belong to you and you leave with them. On termination, ClipHow provides a full export in a structured format (JSON / ZIP) within 30 days. The data is then permanently deleted, and a certificate of destruction is provided on request.
No, never. It is a contractual commitment rather than an intention: your know-how stays yours, and nothing you record feeds the training of any model.
